Outlash Frenchies – Where Passion Meets Purpose

We are a small, family-operated French Bulldog breeding program located in Pennsylvania. My name is Jasmine Pickard, and alongside my husband Dassan, we run Outlash Frenchies with love, care, and a deep-rooted passion for the breed. I work as a behavioral technician with children ages 2 to 6 on the autism spectrum, while Dassan is a devoted caregiver and student. Together, we raise a bustling household of eight amazing children, ages 3 to 14.

Our journey into French Bulldogs began in 2017 when I purchased Nova from a top-tier breeder in California. I was immediately hooked. From there, our passion only grew—what began as a deep love for dogs evolved into a program rooted in ethics, quality, and community.

While we have experience with bully breeds, Frenchies have always had our heart. We’ve worked hard to improve with every breeding, placing strong emphasis on health, structure, and temperament. All of our breeding pairs are health tested and cleared—we are committed to producing happy, sound, and healthy companions for loving families.

Purchasing a puppy from Outlash Frenchies means becoming part of our extended family. We provide full transparency—vet references, connections to past puppy families, and an open invitation to research us thoroughly. We do not pressure anyone into placing a deposit or rushing into a decision. Our puppies are raised in our home, with love and care, and we vet future families to ensure they’re headed to forever homes.

This is not our main source of income—it’s our passion. I personally enjoy bonding with each Dam and raising every litter. I also offer whelping services for others and have several references available for those in need of support during their breeding journey.

At Outlash Frenchies, we specialize in producing French Bulldogs that meet the highest standards of health, structure, and pedigree. Our program includes a range of coat types and colors—including rare varieties and our upcoming China Line creams.
